wearesoulier.com reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability. A refund will be given where you have already paid for an item.
Colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.

No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above. The site may not be altered in any way or republished without permission.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from wearesoulier.com shall be governed by Australian law and the Australian courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
Soulier reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Please be advised that orders delivered outside the Australia may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. Soulier is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries.
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the wearesoulier.com website. Soulier may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
These terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.
Security & Privacy
wearesoulier.com requires your credit/debit card details to ensure all your orders are processed efficiently. All transactions take place via a secure server link (SSL) utilising the latest encryption technology ). We do not hold details of your Credit/Debit cards on our database to ensure your maximum security.
Soulier is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information about you to process your order, we do not use these details to send you unsolicited information. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company, other than to fulfil the delivery of your order.
When you make a purchase from wearesoulier.com you will be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and credit card or debit card number. Details of all your order transactions will be collected and stored.
The information we hold about you needs to be accurate and up to date. You can check and amend the information we hold about you. The personal information that we hold about you will be held in accordance with our internal security policies.
International Returns Process
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
1. Complete the Exchanges & Return section on the lower part of your invoice & enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
3. Affix the pre-addressed label to your package, making sure you cover or remove original shipping label. If you have lost this, don't worry! Our address is:

4. Attend a Post Office in your home country and send to the labeled address. For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest insured registered post as SurfStitch.com is not liable for lost returned parcels.
5. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
6. wearesoulier.com will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product via International Courier.
Faulty Returns
If you have a faulty item that you would like exchanged, refunded or repaired, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above. Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a detailed description of the fault.
Please contact us at info@wearesoulier.com if you need a new copy of the invoice.
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods . We will then issue a refund or repair the goods. We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however some faults must be approved before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed.
Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your faulty repair once received. Contact will be made by email informing you of the RA Number and all relevant details.
If an order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of $10.00. This includes postage only; packaging is at an additional cost to you.

International Return Terms and Conditions
wearesoulier.com returns department operates Monday-Friday. Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. wearesoulier.com will email you when your transaction is being processed. Please note that your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your account.
If you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to wearesoulier.com in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a change that we will not exchange or refund the goods.

Delivery
Express Delivery - orders over $50
$4.99 flat rate shipping under $50
Fastway (Express Courier)
All orders placed before 1:30pm AEST in Metro areas will be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
Fastway express is a signature required service. This means tif you are not home the courier driver will leave you a card at the front door or letterbox, if you are not home. is chosen & your parcel is stolen, wearesoulier.com cannot be held accountable. Please contact our customer service department immediately if your order has not has not been received. If you are not able to be present to accept your order and you feel that your address is unsafe, eParcel (Signature required) will be the better option.
Fastway Express is not valid for certain areas; these include Lord Howe Island, Christmas Island and the Cocos Keeling Islands. For these areas Australia Post Eparcel is the best available option.
wearesoulier.com reserves the right to change the shipping method of an order if these guidelines are not met. We will send you a tracking number for the new carrier in this case.
International Shipping
